Ham Loaf
Ham Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground ham, 1/2 lb. ground pork or veal, 1/2 c. plain cracker crumbs (stouffer's), 2 slightly beaten eggs and 1/2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add 1/2 of sugar mixture; mix well.
Shape into loaf.
Pour other 1/2 of sugar mixture over ham loaf.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
