Ham Glaze
Ham Glaze is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, 3 tbsp. cider vinegar, or and 3 tbsp. cooking wine, or, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Choose one of the three liquids (vinegar, wine or prune juice), and add to other ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together and add to ham before baking.
Use cloves and pineapple slices if desired.
