Ham Fluff
Ham Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 1 tsp. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour, salt, pepper, onion and mustard.
Stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until very thick.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Fold a little sauce into egg yolks and then add this to remaining sauce. Fold in ham.
Whip egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Fold ham mixture into egg whites.
Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour, until top is brown and puffy. Yields 4 servings.
