Ham Enchiladas
Ham Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. ground fully cooked ham, 1/2 c. sliced green onions, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 8 (7-inch) flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In bowl, combine and green pepper.
Place 1/3 cup mixture and 3 tablespoons shredded cheese at one end of each tortilla; roll up.
Arrange tortillas, seam side down, in a greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine eggs, cream, flour, salt, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Pour over tortillas.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Bake 3 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Let stand 10 minutes.
