Ham Dinner Omelet
Ham Dinner Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 thin slices bread, crusts removed, 1 c. diced green pepper, 1 small chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. lo-cal mayonnaise and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place 4 slices of the bread in a buttered mixing pan.
Mix green peppers, onions and mayonnaise.
Put mixture with ham and celery over bread in buttered pan.
Now put on second layer of bread.
Now pour mixture of eggs and milk over.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Can be made the night before.
This can be frozen.
This and a green salad make a fine supper, before church!
