Ham-Cheese-Egg Breakfast
Ham-Cheese-Egg Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain croutons, 4 slices wheat bread, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 lb. boiled ham, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine bread, ham and croutons.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix milk, eggs, salt and mustard; set aside. Combine both cheeses with ham and croutons.
Toss. Pour eggs and milk over all.
Sprinkle a few croutons on top. Pour melted butter over all.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, covered.
Last 15 minutes, remove foil.
Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
