Ham Casserole

Made with 8 slices of ham, or leftover ham, 6 potatoes peeled or sliced, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk and 1 c. grated medium sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray a 9 x 13 dish with vegetable spray.
Layer ham slices on bottom, then add potato slices.
Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over potatoes.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Can add Vidalia onion if desired.
