Ham Casserole
Ham Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped up ham, 10 medium potatoes, 6 hard-boiled eggs, 1/2 lb. cheese (your choice; cheddar or jack, etc.) and 2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut up ham in small pieces and mix in with the potatoes, eggs and cheese that have been cut into chunks.
Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Put in baking dish and bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350Β°.
