Ham Brunch Casserole
Ham Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cheese (swiss or cheddar), 1 lb. ham, 18 slices bread (trim crust), 9 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Layer bread, ham and cheese ending with bread.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Pour slowly over the bread and ham and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze.
Just before baking, pour over 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Let stand 10 minutes.
