Ham Brown Quiche
Ham Brown Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, 2/3 c. melted butter or margarine, 2 c. shredded hot pepper cheese, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese and 1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Press thawed potatoes between paper towels and fit into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Brush with melted butter and bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and fill with cheeses and ham.
Beat cream, eggs and salt together.
Pour over all and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
