Ham Breakfast Casserole
Ham Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. cubed bread, 2 c. diced ham (cooked bacon or sausage can be substituted), 1 medium can mushrooms, drained, 3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated and dash of salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Layer first 4 ingredients in an 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan.
Mix the remainder and pour over.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes foil covered; remove foil for the last 10 minutes.
This is great to make in advance for breakfast or lunch guests.
Also keeps well in oven, warmed.
