Grease a square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch. Mix biscuit mix, milk, salt, mustard, parsley and eggs in the dish with a fork until batter is of uniform color. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
