Halloween Pumpkins
Halloween Pumpkins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. eagle brand milk, 1/2 tsp. almond flavor, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 2 2/3 c. finely grated coconut and 1/2 c. ground blanched almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a medium bowl, combine milk, coconut, 3 tablespoons gelatin, almond flavoring and food coloring (to tint).
Form into small balls (about 1/2 tablespoon).
Sprinkle remaining gelatin into dish; roll each ball to coat.
Place on waxed paper.
Chill. Cloves can be stuck on balls.
