Halibut

Made with 4 (1/2-inch thick) fish steaks or fillets, 1/2 tsp. each: salt and freshly ground pepper, 4 tsp. freshly grated orange peels, 1 tsp. dried basil and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
