Ha' Pennies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded, 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine softened butter, cheese, onion soup mix and flour.
Roll into logs 1/2-inch in diameter; wrap in waxed paper and chill.
Slice into rounds 1/4-inch thick.
Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold. Yield: 5 to 6 dozen.
