Gumma
Gumma is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cup boiling milk, 3 cups milk, 2 cups buttermilk, 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Bring the three cups milk to rolling boil.
Pour in buttermilk and let simmer 15 minutes, lifting the curds now and then.
Pour off the whey, and add raisins cooking until only a small amount of whey is left in pan is left.
Add the one cup of boiling milk and simmer, finish by adding the sugar and thickening.
Cook until the flour is cooked.
If too thin add a little dry flour and cook some more.
Pour on a platter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
