Gumdrops
Gumdrops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 large gumdrops, 2 1/4 c. light brown sugar, 2 c. flour, 4 large eggs, separated and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut gumdrops into 4 or 5 pieces each and dredge with nuts in the 1/4 cup extra flour.
Cream egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Stir in gumdrops, nuts and flour mixture.
Use fingers; mixture will be very stiff and crumbly.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in 1/4 at a time.
Amazing, but you have a batter.
