Gumdrop Cookies
Gumdrop Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cream shortening and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Stir in rolled oats.
Fold in gumdrops and nuts.
Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on wire rack.
