Guacamole
Guacamole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large avocados (ripe), peeled and pitted, 1/4 c. finely chopped tomato, 2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice, 2 tbsp. grated onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a medium bowl, mash avocados coarsely with a fork. Stir in tomato, lime juice, onion, salt and hot sauce.
Mix well. Add black pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
Garnish with additional chopped tomatoes, if desired.
