Grouper Parmesan
Grouper Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dry sherry, 1/3 c. seasoned dry breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. grated lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine lemon juice and sherry.
Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, lemon rind and garlic powder.
Rinse fillets with cold water; pat dry.
Dip fillets in lemon juice mixture, then roll in breadcrumb mixture.
Place fillets in a vegetable spray coated 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining breadcrumb mixture over fillets.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
