Ground Meat Casserole
Ground Meat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 1 medium onion, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add onion and green pepper.
Simmer 30 minutes and then drain off any excess grease.
Next, add tomato and mushroom soup.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook macaroni and drain.
Add macaroni and beans with meat mixture in casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese and place in oven at 350Β° for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 8.
