Ground Beef 'n Biscuits
Ground Beef 'N Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. flour (all-purpose), 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In skillet, cook beef and onion until tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended.
Add pizza sauce and corn.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Separate biscuits and arrange over beef mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
