Cook noodles; drain.

In large skillet, combine ground beef, onion, celery and mushrooms and cook until beef is browned and celery is tender; drain.

In medium bowl, blend soup, milk, sour cream and cheese.

Combine noodles, ground beef mixture and soup mixture; mix well.

Pour into 3-quart casserole.

Cover.

Bake in a 350Β° oven just until hot, about 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

Serves about 6.
