Ground Beef Casserole
Ground Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 c. quick cook rice and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine ground chuck, onions, green peppers, rice, salt and pepper in large skillet brown.
Pour off any excess fat after it has cooked.
Add chili powder, tomato sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.
Low heat about 15 minutes.
Pour contents into casserole top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350Β° oven 20 minutes.
