Grits Casserole
Grits Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. grits, 6 c. boiling water, 2 tsp. salt, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook first 3 ingredients for 5 or 10 minutes until it is thick.
Take off heat and cut 1 pound Velveeta cheese in this. Add beaten eggs and Tabasco; mix well.
Add little chili peppers to taste.
Bake for 1 hour at 250Β°.
Sprinkle paprika on top.
