Gringo Taco
Gringo Taco is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. onion, 3/4 c. green pepper and 1 can green enchilada sauce (10 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef, add onion, pepper and seasonings.
Cook until tender, then drain.
Mix in enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and Milnot.
Layer tortilla, meat mixture, cheese and sauce mixture until all used.
I usually layer three times.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
This is great served with a tossed green salad.
