Grilled Shrimp in Shells
Grilled Shrimp In Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lbs. shrimp, rosemary sprigs, slightly bruised, 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 1/2 c. olive oil and juice of 2 lemons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Remove legs from shrimp, but do not peel.
Cut several lengthwise slits along inner curve of each shrimp and insert a few small sprigs of rosemary.
In a large bowl whisk together garlic, oil and lemon juice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Toss shrimp in marinade, coating well.
Add more rosemary sprigs and lemon slices.
Marinate one to two hours.
Drain shrimp and place on grill.
Grill 3 min. on each side or until opaque.
