Grilled Salmon
Grilled Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic (crushed), 1/3 c. california orange juice, 1/3 c. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. ketchup and 1 tbsp. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
1. Mix garlic, OJ, ketchup, honey, and ginger in a shallow dish. Place Salmon steak in the shallow dish and let soak for at least 15 minutes, but preferably for 1 hour.
2. Turn steaks several times to expose both sides to marinade.
3. Out Salmon and marinade in a tin foil dish and place on grill, cover. Cook with medium heat until Salmon is flaky.
