Green Vegetable Casserole
Green Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen lima beans (fordhook), 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. sliced water chestnuts and 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook limas and broccoli according to package directions.
Do not salt.
Drain.
Mix sour cream, water chestnuts and soups. Combine vegetables and soup mixture.
Spread in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Melt oleo and mix with cereal.
Spread on top of vegetables.
Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
