Green Salsa
Green Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch cilantro, chopped, 2 lb. tomatillos, peeled and quartered, 1-2 jalapeño peppers, diced, 1 small onion and 1/4 c. of water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

👨🍳 Instructions
Place tomatillos, 1 jalapeño pepper, onion, garlic and water in saucepan.
Cover.
Boil for 6 minutes.
Purée the vegetables together.
Add salt, cilantro and another jalapeño pepper if you like it hot, and mix.
