Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 c. white long grain rice, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. celery leaves, chopped and 1/2 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oil, rice and salt in skillet that can be covered tightly.
Mix vegetables and add to skillet with water and food coloring.
Cover and simmer until done, approximately 1/2 hour. Do not uncover while simmering.
Makes 4 servings.
