Green Rice
Green Rice is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. long grain rice, 3 c. water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach and 1/8 c. chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook rice in 3 cups water and salt for 20 minutes.
Add cooked and drained spinach, onion, 1/3 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
Stir in herbs and melted butter.
Put mixture in casserole dish and add eggs beaten with milk.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese, dot with butter and bake 1 1/4 hours.
