Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white rice, 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, 1 bunch green onions, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 1 (16 oz.) box velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Chop green onions.
Saute green onions, frozen broccoli and butter.
Meantime, boil water and add rice; cook 15 minutes or until tender.
Warm soup and Velveeta until cheese is melted.
In large baking dish, combine all ingredients, mix well.
Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese on top is light golden brown.
