Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw rice (3 c. cooked), 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 1 cube margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook rice according to directions.
Cook broccoli and drain. Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
May be made ahead, frozen, then baked.
Makes a large amount.
