Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked rice, 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions, salt and pepper to taste and 6 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all the ingredients, except egg whites, until thoroughly combined.
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with butter and add mixture.
Preheat oven to 350Β° and bake 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
