Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, uncooked, 1 c. sour cream, 1 (2 oz.) can chopped green chilies, 1/2 lb. monterey jack cheese, shredded and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rice according to package directions.
Mix cooked rice, sour cream, green chilies and seasonings.
Place half the mixture in a greased baking dish.
Top with a layer of shredded cheese. Repeat layers; top with dots of butter.
