Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, diced, 1 can mushroom soup and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt and simmer butter, onion and celery.
Mix soup and water. Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 box frozen chopped broccoli.
Mix all together with broccoli; add 1 1/2 cups Minute rice.
Dab a small jar Cheez Whiz on top.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Stir and bake 20 minutes more.
