Green Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1 c. finely chopped raw spinach, 1 c. chopped parsley, 2 tbsp. shortening and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash, peel and slice potatoes.
Boil in salted water until almost tender; drain and dry over heat.
Combine spinach and parsley and steam 7 to 10 minutes.
Drain and add them to the potatoes.
