Green "Make Ahead" Salad
Green "Make Ahead" Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head shredded lettuce, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 pkg. frozen, unthawed, separated peas, 1 can chopped water chestnuts and about 8 green onions, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix yogurt and mayonnaise.
Thin with half and half or milk. Spread in layers in following order: lettuce, celery, peas, yogurt and mayonnaise mix, water chestnuts, green onions and cheese.
Refrigerate.
Add shrimp just before serving.
Will keep for days in refrigerator.
