Green Enchiladas
Green Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, 1 pkg. tortillas (18 count bag, white), 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 can carnation milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt cheese, soup and milk in double boiler. Add pepper and pimentos.
Brown meat.
Cut tortillas in 1/4 pieces.
Layer tortillas, layer of meat and layer of sauce.
Repeat.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese is bubbly. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
