Green Chile Soup
Green Chile Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 44 minutes. Made with green onions, thinly sliced, anaheim chiles, coarsely chopped, jalapeño pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped or 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes, c. chicken broth and c. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all the ingredients, except the cilantro, in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and cook on High for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through.
To serve
