Cook beans in salt water 5 to 7 minutes; drain.
Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter in skillet; add nuts.
Use low heat.
Stir occasionally 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
Stir in remaining salt and pepper.
Pour over beans.
Toss to mix.
