Green Beans
Green Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans french-style green beans, well drained, 1 stick oleo, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions, celery and green pepper in oleo.
Gradually add flour and then milk and cheese.
Cook slowly until it thickens. Add drained pimentos and mushrooms.
Pour over 4 cans well drained French-style green beans that are in baking dish.
Cover with cracker crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
