Combine hot beans and celery in 5-cup casserole.
Blend mayonnaise, mustard, salt, vinegar and milk.
Fold in egg white. Pile lightly on bean mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes, or until puffed and beans are heated.
