Green Bean Dip
Green Bean Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked green beans (fresh or frozen), 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 3 to 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped and 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain and purΓ©e beans in blender.
Saute onion in butter until tender; add to beans in blender.
Add chopped mushrooms and eggs. Add walnuts.
Blend a few seconds more to mix thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Serve with crackers or dark bread.
