Place 1/2 the beans in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover with 1/2 the mushrooms and 1/2 chopped onions.
Sprinkle with 1/2 salt and 1/2 grated cheese.
Add mushroom soup.
Repeat in this order. Bake at 400Β° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Top with French fried onions the last 5 minutes of baking.
