Green Bean Bundles
Green Bean Bundles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 cans whole green beans, 1 lb. bacon, 3/4 c. melted margarine, 1 c. brown sugar and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix margarine, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic powder.
Drain beans in colander; cut bacon strips into 3 equal pieces (cut through whole package of bacon and stack short strips; this will be easier to work with).
Gently stretch each piece of bacon and wrap around 10 (or more) green beans; fasten with toothpicks.
Place each bundle, making rows, into a large glass baking dish.
Marinate overnight with margarine, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic powder. Cover.
Refrigerate overnight covered with Handiwrap.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes (or more) at 350Β°.
When brown they are ready.
If beans appear done and bacon isn't, brown under broiler, watch carefully.
