Greek Veggies
Greek Veggies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. combination yellow squash, zucchini and green squash, cut into bite sized pieces, 1 1/2 c. green beans, cut into pieces, 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped, 1/3 c. olive oil and 1 tbsp. dill (fresh or dried), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat olive oil and garlic; stir in vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add dill and cooking sherry; stir-fry another 1 to 2 minutes.
Add Feta cheese; cover the pot and remove from heat. Let cook in own heat for 2 to 5 minutes.
