Greek Shrimp

In skillet, saute celery and onions in margarine until limp. Add shrimp, rice, seasonings, cheese, olives and tomatoes. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart casserole and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until bubbly and shrimp are done.
