Greek Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, cut in cubes, 1 envelope dry lipton onion soup mix, 1/2 c. olive oil, salt and pepper and parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place all ingredients in plastic Ziploc bag and shake to coat evenly.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours, stirring several times during baking.
Cover with foil if it browns too fast.
